HaPpY BiRtHdAy CaItLiN!!!

Happy Birthday to my sweet little baby girl! You have been so much fun to watch grow up! I can't believe you are 6 years old now! You are so smart, sweet, FUNNY, and all around just a good little buddy!

In the picture (left side) is her cute little cousin that is the same age. Actually she was born the morning of April 2nd and Caitlin decided to come 11:30 that night. Jani had a planned C-section and I had an emergency C-section. I had toxemia and apparently everything decided to go the wrong way. I was sooooo sick! Felt like crap-I felt like dying! Good thing for modern medicine! So the next morning, I called Jani up from my hospital room and asked her what was for breakfast. She said, " I don't know about you but I am having hospital food." I said, "So am I!" It was the best hospital stay that I have ever had! We laughed, talked, and enjoyed our 5 day stay in the hospital. It was great! Thank you Jani! And Happy Birthday little twin Cousins!! Love you guys!

Picture Day

So this is what happens when you don't pay attention to the school calender and you send your kid off all decked out for St. Patricks Day! Like I am really going to put that 8x10 on my wall with her all St. Patricky! I am tempted to buy a picture just for memories though! It sure cracked me up! I hope they don't use it for the year book!!

Back to School and kids growing up

Yes, I am here. Busy as ever with my school and trying to keep kids from killing each other, trying to implement chores, routines, and to have some good quality family time. This summer was tough! The highlights of the summer was having my mom and dad come out here, and my sister and her kids out here. It was a great time! We went to lagoon and had family get togethers. Crista and Calli got to fly to San Diego. I was nervous about sending them by themselves to California but they loved it! I felt I could breath again when I knew they were safe with grandma! Alec went to 7 peaks water resort with his uncle. Caidin and Caitlin just had fun being little. I feel as though my little people are growing up way too fast! Just this week I sent my first born to High School. I cried. Yes, I cried. I waited until I was in the parking lot so he wouldn't be embarrassed. He's such a good kid! I am so blessed to have a boy like him! My life would be incomplete without him! In five years he will be putting in his papers for a mission. Fourteen years went by so fast and I know 5 is just around the corner. I hope that I will be able to prepare him for life challenges, that he will be able to withstand the temptations of the world, that he will strive to do what is right. Will he be ready for this trying world? I'm just in awe in how my kids grow up right before my eyes. Have I taught them all what they need to know?

Yes, I'm still alive!

Sorry that I haven't posted anything for a very long time! I have been super busy with kids, school and my "sorta" work. So here's a update. My brother in law called me up in March and asked me if I wanted to earn some money cleaning someones home so it can be sold. Well, I said yes! This guy is the author of the book I read in the last post. Very sweet guy but couldn't do much due to major back pain. It was hard for me to charge him because I totally enjoyed it! Then from there I got more and more house cleaning jobs. I still have to finish one up and then start a humungous house next week. The pay is great and I love it! We also started selling Xango. If you haven't heard it before then go to www.xango.com and you will be amazed at the product! I love this stuff! Seriously! It has cured my daughters skin rashes she gets that are so painful, it eliminated my cramps that only girls get once a month :), kept a burn from blistering and hurting, and overall has so many health benefits from it! I love this stuff!

Alec just started baseball and loves it! He is doing much better this year than last. Also, this is his last year in middle school! I can't believe I am old enough to have a high schooler!!!! Yikes!

Crista is into clogging and she is doing great! She went with friends yesterday on a bike ride to Utah lake. A total of 10 miles. Today she is totally sore! Poor thing!

Calli is into clogging too and I forgot to mention that Crista and Calli have a competition at Lagoon next Saturday that they are really excited about! Calli also just got back from an all day field trip that they do in 4th grade as part of Utah history. She loved it! They went to Cove Fort, Fillmore and tons of other places in Southern Utah!

Caidin is starting baseball too..don't know when, I still have to hear from the coach! He can hardly wait to start it tho!

Caitlin just had her birthday! She turned 5 and all ready registered for Kindergarten! I can't believe I don't have any babies at home anymore too! Wow! What do I do with myself? Believe me, I have tons to do!

Randy is working hard as usual and is an excellent step dad to the kids! The kids love him and they are always doing things with Randy, like playing frisbee, baseball, soccer, watching movies, etc. I am so glad that he loves to be involved with what they are doing! What is important to them is important to him! He is the Best!!

Well, there you have it, my summary of what is going on.....I need to get pictures up too! That will be next...until then....have a wonderful day and enjoy the nice weather!!!!
